LAB RESULTS
Every Twigz toothpick carries 6mg of nicotine, and that number is something we measure rather than something we assume. This page sets out what gets tested, at which stage, and how to get the certificate of analysis for the lot you are holding.
What we test
Incoming nicotine
Identity and purity of the USP-grade synthetic nicotine, against its certificate of analysis from the supplier.
Confirms the material is USP grade and is not tobacco-derived.
Incoming birch
Inspection of the birch wood stock for moisture, splintering and foreign material.
Confirms the wood is untreated, with no coatings or chemical treatment.
Infusion
In-process checks while nicotine is applied under controlled conditions.
Confirms dosing is on target and consistent across the run.
Finished product
Batch testing of finished toothpicks before they are packaged.
Confirms 6mg of nicotine per toothpick within tolerance for that lot.
Lot traceability
Every production run carries a lot number, printed on the packaging. That number is what ties a tube in your hand back to the batch record and its test results, which is the only way a certificate of analysis means anything.
Request a certificate of analysis
Email support@twigzlabs.com with the lot number from your packaging and we will send the COA for that batch. Wholesale buyers and retailers should ask for the COA with the order rather than after it.
What this page does not say
Testing confirms what is in the product and how much. It is not a safety claim, and nothing here says a Twigz toothpick is safe, healthier than anything else, or a way to stop using nicotine. Nicotine is addictive, and these are for adults 21 and over.
