Question 1

What are nicotine toothpicks?

Accepted Answer

Nicotine toothpicks are birch wood toothpicks infused with USP-grade synthetic nicotine. They are a discreet, smoke-free, vapor-free and spit-free way to have nicotine, with no device, no tobacco leaf and nothing to charge.

Question 2

How do I use one?

Accepted Answer

Take one out of the tube and hold it between your teeth, biting down now and then. Nicotine absorbs through the lining of your mouth as you chew. There is no technique to learn and no parking it under your lip.

Question 3

How long does each toothpick last?

Accepted Answer

Each end lasts 15 to 20 minutes, and every pick has two ends: when the first is done, flip it and use the other for a second session. The exact time depends on how often you chew and how much moisture the wood picks up.

Question 4

Do I need to spit?

Accepted Answer

No. Twigz toothpicks are spit-free. There is no cup, no bottle and nothing to empty out, which is the main practical difference from dip.

Question 5

Can I reuse a toothpick?

Accepted Answer

Once, from each end. Every pick has two ends, so it gives you two sessions: use one end, flip it, use the other. When both ends are done, throw it away and take a fresh one.

Question 6

How many toothpicks are in a pack?

Accepted Answer

A standard pack is 3 tubes of 20, so 60 toothpicks. The Variety Pack is 4 tubes and the Bulk Variety Display Box is 20. Every price on the site is also shown per tube and per pick.
